Finance:
One of the added benefits of working with TSM is that as a customer you do not have to worry about your cash being tied up in the production process. Often 9 months prior to actually starting to sell the articles in the customer’s store the first payments are made (e.g. specific yarns, trims etc.) and this process continues from fabrics, make, transport, taxes, documents etc. The customer only starts to see its cash flow impacted once after it has started to sell the goods.
Logistics:
Logistics from the Far East vary from a puzzle to an outright nightmare at times (e.g. the post COVID period, or when the Red Sea cannot be used because of blockage of the Suez Canal or Shipping companies deeming it not safe to go there). TSM’s logistics department is second to none in its capabilities to organize the transport against the best available option of the moment. This results in one of the highest on time delivery rates in the industry,
once again underpinning TSM’s reliability as a strategic partner.
